This task requires you to develop training material (presentation, video, infographics or a program) that can be used by citizens to learn about digital technologies and services. E.g., how to use government websites for passport services, MNREGA, etc.

Learning is a continuous process. It is not enough to merely commit time to train others. It is important to continuously update knowledge and get familiar with the latest. It is also important to explain in simple terms how to use digital technologies and services to a mass audience. This will require innovative training material. This task requires you to think innovatively and to develop teaching & learning aids that can be used by both volunteers and citizens themselves.

Students in India need to get education online. Teachers from all over the world can teach different subjects to the students. For example, students can learn Japanese (from a native Japanese speaker through Skype), or Spanish or Chinese language. Being an educator myself, I have observed that many students are not fluent in English language. Part of the reason may be because many teachers are not fluent in English but they teach English. We can also find teachers who can teach English online.

Based on my experience with Car NOC process at Hyderabad RTO, Please find attached a deck prepared to help you handle the entire process without taking help from an agent. I can prepare much more comprehensive and user friendly decks covering all such processes in government agencies to make life easier for millions of common people like us. Such content should be available online and also in the form of signage and communication boards at all government agencies/departments.

Most schools have computers but not teachers , i for one can work for few hours a week to show the fundamental uses of computers. i am quite sure that students of nearby engineering colleges will also be happy to do the same.
I believe teaching the basics to everyone is much more important than making a few people experts.
And for the schools who dont have computers, they can be taken for hands on training to nearby schools/colleges wich have the resources.
Educating the teachers is important
