This task requires you to develop training material (presentation, video, infographics or a program) that can be used by citizens to learn about digital technologies and services. E.g., how to use government websites for passport services, MNREGA, etc.

Learning is a continuous process. It is not enough to merely commit time to train others. It is important to continuously update knowledge and get familiar with the latest. It is also important to explain in simple terms how to use digital technologies and services to a mass audience. This will require innovative training material. This task requires you to think innovatively and to develop teaching & learning aids that can be used by both volunteers and citizens themselves.

I feel Infographic is the new medium of communication, it makes complicated things more simple and interesting, and its also easy to understand. We should make sure our information and messages are conveyed in the correct manner and there should not be any confusion. The navigation and flow of information need to be directed in the correct manner, considering the literate indian population v/s illiterate, I am sure info-graphic would be a great aid to solve the issues. It easy!!

Every mobile phone launching in India should have internet facility. All the places which are mostly crowded like markets, public offices, banks, apartments, etc. should have free WiFi availability. As we learn the most by using digital products. No book or institution can teach easily and better than that.

According to me, there are many You Tube Videos - showing how to use Notepad, Microsoft Word, Excel, Paint - if we promote videos of these teaching - the basic knowledge will built up & in second phase we can start sharing videos about google search, website knowledge... but, basically we should make them habitual in use with Keyboard & Mouse...
