This task requires you to develop training material (presentation, video, infographics or a program) that can be used by citizens to learn about digital technologies and services. E.g., how to use government websites for passport services, MNREGA, etc.
Learning is a continuous process. It is not enough to merely commit time to train others. It is important to continuously update knowledge and get familiar with the latest. It is also important to explain in simple terms how to use digital technologies and services to a mass audience. This will require innovative training material. This task requires you to think innovatively and to develop teaching & learning aids that can be used by both volunteers and citizens themselves.

Should devise a plan to educate our Senior Citizen with basic features that are available in mobile phones to pre-empt emergencies to the dear ones.

We should have a portal well let say CI portal " Continues Improvement" with list of all documents whether it is audio, video or just one page document which says how to do? in corporate we call in OPL one point leassion and it should be very easy to learn and access and should not be lengthy.

creating training material one task and further subtask should be creating videos of the training on delivering those training material and ask the government officials to apply for themselves. So all employees can learn first and then give them and other NGO task to deliver and teach the same training through videos on their area. May be have camp in nearby government schools every day for an hour will be helpful.

"WITH TECHNOLOGY WE CAN NOT PROGRESS" So we should use technology in over education. its should be start with 1st standard class with a expert and knowledge person trainer. I know every little child is interested in computer game, Mobile game. provide the education materials with the help of game. Develop Educational related game. Technology use for youngster student its class material should be an Database application. where he preparation his examination with the help of computer.

Digital India; the work may be started from the school admn level, when any child comes with parents, students and parent must be scanned and digitalized at the same time, the concepted ICIC may be issued on the spot, all FI must use only ICIC I/o KYC all banks may be used for issuing of ICIC, this work may be entrusted as like PCO to any business org or small shop with connected central server instead of giving to any govt agency, All college must incorporate student loan data in their record.

TamilNadu Government Laptop Scheme for Students is now Preloaded with BOSS Linux Operating System BOSSLINUX software as "India's own PC operating system" and a work that a government department had done". T Department of Information Technology -Tamil Nadu has issued an order for Mandatory installation of BOSS in all computer system Like this it should be Mandatory in all school in all states. This save lot of money and have uniformity in OS.

Collaborate with top-notch institutes. Find very efficient volunteers and form an edX or Coursera sort of a system of our own.
People from all over the country can contribute, a team can moderate the learning materials and anyone can access them to leverage their skills more than what's taught in college.
