All that is to be known is in the deep recess of the mind. The physical representation of the mind is depicted in the design as the brain. The brain is shown inside a house (i.e. hall of records). Within the brain lies stack of books with the Tiranga denoting the knowledge of India.
Motto: Where Knowledge is preserved.
The yellow colour symbol represents books, documents, manuscripts, newspapers and all other important documents. These are life of India.
