I have used a "feather quill pen",it indicates 1 and a "circle" to indicate 0="10". The "feather quill pen" symbolically means encouraging writings in Hindi by the foreigners and people of India. And the "circle" indicates global. Inside the circle I have given people reading Hindi Books, from different countries to use Hindi as a world language. Colorful heads of people indicates people from different countries(by giving colors from diff.National Flags of diff.countries).
