World Hindi Conferences (WHC) are being organized since 1975 in different parts of the world. The last World Hindi Conference was organized in South Africa in 2012. This year, the 10th World Hindi Conference is scheduled to be organized in New Delhi.

The main objectives for the organization of World Hindi Conference are to promote and propagate Hindi in foreign countries as a world language, establish the relevance of Hindi language in the Globalised world and encourage research work and original writings in Hindi by the foreigners and people of Indian origin etc.  

Citizens are invited to design/suggest a suitable logo for 10th World Hindi Conference that would reflect the spirit and objectives of World Hindi Conference.

Ministry of External Affairs seeks entries for design a Logo for “10th World Hindi Conference 2015”.

The last date of submission is 20th March, 2015.

The selected entry will be awarded a prize of Rs. 50,000/-.

Simplicity with authenticity. The attached logo stands as a symbol of Peace with the tricolor "10" sending the Peace messenger "Dove" to the World for propagation of strongest cultural belief that India as a country stands for i.e. Universal peace and brotherhood throughout the World. With the Dove blending with the color of India and carrying on its message to the world through none better a communication medium than "Hindi".

This logo is designed by keeping in mind the objectives of the conference.As the motive behind this is to promote and propogate Hindi around the world, the logo contains flags of various countries on the globe. You can see hindi varnamala is also part of the logo in order to depict hindi being spread across the world.You can see the image is darker on the right side and ray of light on left(near the heading) showing through this conference we are getting Hindi language to limelight.

The Hindi alphabets in all region of globe shows that ..hindi has reached worldwide...and the various colors of alphabets shows that all religion people speak and love hindi..
