The Department of Electronics & Information Technology (DeitY) is proposing a national programme to transform India into a digitally empowered society and knowledge economy. The vision of Digital India is centred on three key areas, namely by providing digital infrastructure as a utility to every citizen, providing governance & services on demand and digital empowerment of citizens. This task seeks inputs to design a Logo for Digital India initiative. The last date of submission is 1st September 2014. The winning entry will be awarded a cash prize of Rs. 50,000.

Concept is Citizens (outside circle) get empowered by digital infrastructure shown in electronic circuits around the circle which is surrounded by citizens, Citizens heading towards services offered shown in form of mouse to satellite waves, Also which is merge with appearance of DI (Digital India) in the form of leafs.The I out of DI is connected to circuits to complete the interaction. In other aspects Mouse is container for a growing tree which connected via DI leafs to the services (flower)

The concept behind my logo is node. As the internet is formed with the connection of multiple small intranets and multiple nodes like this only all the states and culture and religions are connected to one entity which is INDIA. All the small circles denotes nodes and the link between the nodes and Ashok Chakra is denoting connection between all of them. I came up with two concepts here it is.
