The Department of Electronics & Information Technology (DeitY) is proposing a national programme to transform India into a digitally empowered society and knowledge economy. The vision of Digital India is centred on three key areas, namely by providing digital infrastructure as a utility to every citizen, providing governance & services on demand and digital empowerment of citizens. This task seeks inputs to design a Logo for Digital India initiative. The last date of submission is 1st September 2014. The winning entry will be awarded a cash prize of Rs. 50,000.

Tiger is our nation animal. And for other counties , we Indians are like tigers , brave and strong.. For representing Fire spirit and tiger power , its given in red color. Orange color represent the satellite , which represent the digital media is very greatest and symbolic way.. Blue color represents the digital signals that for showing the empower growth.. I tried to make the digital India. in the most symbolic best way for my side... Thanks for giving me this opportunity..

In universe ‘Hexagon’ represents first Indian satellite ‘Āryabhaṭa’ around world in as blue marble i.e. Earth. In India digitalized as basics of digitalisation 0 & 1 number full. And tagline as स्थानात् स्थानम दशगूणम स्या्त| means every digit has 10 parts separation of integers!
This can represent India in its tradition of core basics…

Logo for Digital India. The concept is as follows
The 'D' in the logo symbolizes the binary 'Zero' and 'Door'. In a way I have brought out the fact that India gave '0' to the world which is the way to connect India through the Door of digitization. Around it is the different sectors which will be enabled because of Digital India. (Anti-Clock).
