The Department of Electronics & Information Technology (DeitY) is proposing a national programme to transform India into a digitally empowered society and knowledge economy. The vision of Digital India is centred on three key areas, namely by providing digital infrastructure as a utility to every citizen, providing governance & services on demand and digital empowerment of citizens. This task seeks inputs to design a Logo for Digital India initiative. The last date of submission is 1st September 2014. The winning entry will be awarded a cash prize of Rs. 50,000.

Logo 1 Saffron , green , white representing tricolor. Map Outline with binary digits (bird view) convey the digitization of our motherland "digital eye from the sky". this logo also reflects the very essence of our country through our national emblem.

India will become a totaly digital INDIA... I designed this logo , base of digital cubes for 'I', and the binary numers for the Ashoka chakra, And the colours are, digital blue and INDIA blue... and also our flag colours..

Digital India: Digital empowerment to Indian citizens.Once try to see only the red colour part you will get to know the specificity of this logo and yeah of course this is simple and sweet. Technical India, No.1 India.
