I think its high time our Government backed institution and foundation logos look international than presently most of them look dull in colors and old sans fonts. I have made use of a bright color to stand out in publications and print. The vector outline of Dr. Ambedkar has been drawn in white lines to stand out on minimalistic design. The typography used in followed by most renowned Ivy league universities.

I have provided two aspect designs to go with both scenarios.

Lotus the national flower of India.

The Lotus Flower symbolizes purity, divinity, fertility, wealth, knowledge and enlightenment.
Lord Brahma, the creator of the universe are depicted sitting in a lotus.

"The Gesture of Debate" or "discussion" mudra. In this gesture the tips of thumb and index finger touched forming a circle.

All the other fingers are extended upwards.

This is the mystic gesture of Taras and Bodhisattvas, often used when explaining the Buddha’s teachings.
