The Dr. Ambedkar Foundation (DAF) is an autonomous body under the administrative control of Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment. The Foundation has been entrusted with the responsibility of managing, administering and carrying on the important and long-term schemes and programmes identified during the Centenary Celebrations of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar. The main objectives of the Foundation inter alia include implementation of programmes and activities for furthering the ideology and message of Babasaheb Dr. B. R. Ambedkar among the masses in India as well as abroad.
Presently, the Foundation does not have any logo of its own. This task seeks inputs to design a Logo for Dr. Ambedkar Foundation. The last date of submission is October 1, 2014. The winning entry will be awarded a cash prize of Rs. 25,000/-.

The logo stylizes A&F to depict objectives and activities of Dr.Ambedkar Foundation. The multiple stylizations of A ( Top, middle & bottom visuals) shows the overarching role of the foundation in spreading messages of Dr.Ambedkar. The central figure denotes the concept of social justice that is spread by the activities of the foundation. Each of these strands ( and corresponding human like figures ) depict managing, administering and implementation of schemes and programmes ( 3X2=6 strands).

Logo design for Dr. Ambedkar Foundation (DAF). the initial idea of the logo is Gautam the Buddha. whatever he known foe his eternal peace. he was the richest person on the earth. so I include him in D shape and the Tip of the nib design at F shape. Regards, Veettamso
