Gujarat Rajya Institution for Transformation (GRIT) is a state-level ‘Think-Tank’, set up to act as a knowledge and innovation hub in formulation of a strategic plan, to drive the socioeconomic transformation of Gujarat.
The Government of Gujarat, with a firm commitment to contributing to the realization of a Viksit Bharat, has envisioned becoming a "Viksit Gujarat". To steer this vision forward, the Government of Gujarat established the Gujarat Rajya Institution for Transformation (GRIT) as an autonomous body on September, 2024.GRIT serves as a ‘Think-tank’ of the Government of Gujarat and as a nodal agency tasked with catalysing Gujarat’s economic and socio-economic development. GRIT, Government of India in collaboration with MyGov is organising a Logo design contest for GRIT.
Objectives of GRIT:
GRIT focuses on sustainable development, and innovative solutions to advance Gujarat’s developmental goals, aligning with state and national priorities. The objectives of GRIT include the following:
1. To drive Gujarat’s inclusive and comprehensive development, with a specific focus on achieving the vision of Viksit Gujarat
2. To provide strategic guidance for both short-term and long-term goals.
3. To foster policy formulation and decision-making based on evidence, ensuring good governance.
4. To review, assess, and recommend improvements in state government schemes and initiatives that will help to shape Gujarat’s economic growth.
5. To promote innovation and emerging technologies such as AI, ML, IoT, Blockchain, etc.
6. To encourage collaboration between various stakeholders including state departments, the Government of India, NITI Aayog, and civil society.
To explore innovative mechanisms for resource mobilisation to support development.

Technical Parameters:
1. The participant should submit a high-resolution (600 dpi) image of the logo in JPEG, PNG, BMP, or TIFF SVG formats only.
2. The logo should be distinctive and scalable. The logo should be usable on the website/ social media such as Twitter/ Facebook, press releases, and on printable such as stationery, signage, labels, etc., magazines, commercials, holdings, standees, posters, brochures, leaflets, pamphlets, souvenirs, and other publicity and marketing material for the promotion.
3. The winner shall be required to provide the original open-source file of the designed logo.
4. The logo should look clean (not pixelated or bit-mapped) when viewed on-screen at 100%.
5. Entries should not be submitted in compressed or self-extracting formats.
6. The logo design should not be imprinted or watermarked.
7. All fonts should be converted to Outlines/Curves.
8. Texts used in the logo design should be in Hindi/English only.
9. The logo should be aligned with GRIT’s objectives and values.
Gratifications:
1. The first winner will be rewarded with ₹25,000/-
2. The second winner (if any) will be rewarded with ₹15,000/-
3. The third winner (if any) will be rewarded with ₹10,000/-
