Design a Logo for National Optical Fibre Network (NOFN) Project

The Logo should be relate to the national objective of Broadband for all Rural (Gram Panchayats) to provide services like e-Governance, e-education, remote health monitoring, ...
The Logo should be relate to the national objective of Broadband for all Rural (Gram Panchayats) to provide services like e-Governance, e-education, remote health monitoring, weather and agriculture, etc. to rural community. NOFN project will provide fibre connectivity to all the 2, 50,000 Gram Panhayats (GPs) in the country.
This task seeks inputs to design a Logo for National Optical Fibre Network (NOFN) Project initiated by USO Fund of Department of Telecommunications.
The last date of submission is 1st January, 2015.
The winning entries will be awarded cash prize of:
1. First Prize - Rs. 51,000/- (Prize money inclusive of taxes if any)
2. Second prize - Rs. 31,000/- (Prize money inclusive of taxes if any)

Logo for National Optical Fibre Network (NOFN)
The logo uses inside spokes of the wheel of national flag as symbol of various dimensions of life correlated with progress that can be improved through digital connectivity. the logo is self explanatory i.e, the broadband connectivity provided through NOFN positively impacts progress/growth in all nook and corner of India by providing better connectivity and digital services contributing to upliftment of all societal needs and services.
In a described logo letter O is an optical fibre interior and N,F made by interconnecting peoples having waves of our national flag. Tagline will be " optical fibres k tantra de hme suchna k mantra".
Concept: A village chaupaal made up of optical fibers with symbols of agriculture,health,education,weather and governance on the optical fiber tree.
