The visitors, who intend to visit an office of the government, find it hard to get entry in the office due to the time taken for processing their visit request and subsequently issuing the pass. An attempt has been made to simplify this process by introducing a web based solution for Visitor Management System (eVisitors).
Visitors are provided with facility to register their visit request in advance through eVisitors (http://eVisitors.nic.in). This system facilitates the citizens through online registration of all the requests for entry - pass / meeting request / visitor slip or pass to the government officers. The citizens can also track status of their request through this site.
Government offices can access the Management Information System (MIS) known as eVisitorMIS (http://eVisitors.nic.in/eVisitorMIS) for management of their visitors.
Citizens are invited to design/suggest a suitable logo for the Visitor Management System (eVisitors).
The last date of submission is 29th April, 2015
The selected entry will be awarded a prize of Rs. 50,000/-.

IDEA BEHIND THE LOGO- Show that Visitors can book & obtain their appointment letters & id online through a computer. They can then visit the Government offices freely without any other things to worry about their appointment.
My logo depicts the problems the visitors actually face when they visit any govt. organization for their work like the list of tasks to perform followed by long queues and then the managers asking for multiple visits leaving the visitor puzzled. The solution to his problem is the E-visitor facility (represented by a computer) who seems extremely happy to serve them.i.e. what e-visitor management system is all about.
A slogan"HAPPY TO SERVE YOU THE E-WAY "in the logo further adds to the concept
