The visitors, who intend to visit an office of the government, find it hard to get entry in the office due to the time taken for processing their visit request and subsequently issuing the pass. An attempt has been made to simplify this process by introducing a web based solution for Visitor Management System (eVisitors).

Visitors are provided with facility to register their visit request in advance through eVisitors (http://eVisitors.nic.in). This system facilitates the citizens through online registration of all the requests for entry - pass / meeting request / visitor slip or pass to the government officers. The citizens can also track status of their request through this site.

Government offices can access the Management Information System (MIS) known as eVisitorMIS (http://eVisitors.nic.in/eVisitorMIS) for management of their visitors.

Citizens are invited to design/suggest a suitable logo for the Visitor Management System (eVisitors).

The last date of submission is 29th April, 2015

The selected entry will be awarded a prize of Rs. 50,000/-.

यह जो चिन्ह अंकित करने का प्रयास किया है , उसमे विशेषत: अतिथि देवो भव: यह विचार मन में हलचल कर रहा था। तब माँ ताप्ती नदी के तटपर विराजमान प्रकाशा तीर्थक्षेत्र के भेट के बगैर तीर्थयात्रा पूर्ण नहीं होती है,ऐसी मान्यता प्राचीन भारतकाल में थी उसका आज भी पालन किया जाता है| बिल्कुल उसी ताप्ती माँ की तरह इलेक्ट्रॉनिक इंटरनेट पर विद्युत् तंत्र मायाजाल भी माँ ताप्ती की तरह संथ गति बहकर अपने भाई सागर को मिलाती है | इंटरनेट का अतिथि प्रथम मानव फिर यन्त्र का सुजाव लेकर अपना कार्य इसी तरह करता है |

Not so complicated logo.
Just e-visitor and VMS takes place in the logo.
Two men hands are joined and represents relation between government and public persons.
Common man head is made by mouse to symbolize connecting via computer.
two color options i have given one is red and cyan (jpg)and other is Majenta and cyan (PNG) for Printing reasons.

AND ALSO E-VISITORS
AND 2 ND IMAGES SHOWS QR CODE THAT ALL DETAILS OF VISITORS IN THE QR CODE LIKE NAME. ADDRESS, MOBILE NO., AADAHAR CARD NO., DATE AND VISIT TIME.
