The visitors, who intend to visit an office of the government, find it hard to get entry in the office due to the time taken for processing their visit request and subsequently issuing the pass. An attempt has been made to simplify this process by introducing a web based solution for Visitor Management System (eVisitors).
Visitors are provided with facility to register their visit request in advance through eVisitors (http://eVisitors.nic.in). This system facilitates the citizens through online registration of all the requests for entry - pass / meeting request / visitor slip or pass to the government officers. The citizens can also track status of their request through this site.
Government offices can access the Management Information System (MIS) known as eVisitorMIS (http://eVisitors.nic.in/eVisitorMIS) for management of their visitors.
Citizens are invited to design/suggest a suitable logo for the Visitor Management System (eVisitors).
The last date of submission is 29th April, 2015
The selected entry will be awarded a prize of Rs. 50,000/-.

my Logo for Visitor Management System (eVisitors)
Please find attached my submission. The salient features of the logo are -
1) The first letter combines 'e' and 'V' of "visitors"
2) The 'o' forms the symbol of a person which represents all the people who will be benefitted from the initiative
3) The cursor, representing the online nature of the program, forms the dot of 'i'
4) The tri-colour of India is the colour theme of the logo

Visitor Management System logo- This logo is representing of VMS(Visitor Management System) and in this logo 'e' is representing internet services like as online registration of all the requests for entry - pass / meeting request / visitor slip or pass to the government officers. The citizens can also track status of their request .
