Design a Logo for Visitor Management System (eVisitors)

The visitors, who intend to visit an office of the government, find it hard to get entry in the office due to the time taken for processing their visit request and subsequently issuing the pass. An attempt has been made to simplify this process by introducing a web based solution for Visitor Management System (eVisitors).
Visitors are provided with facility to register their visit request in advance through eVisitors (http://eVisitors.nic.in). This system facilitates the citizens through online registration of all the requests for entry - pass / meeting request / visitor slip or pass to the government officers. The citizens can also track status of their request through this site.
Government offices can access the Management Information System (MIS) known as eVisitorMIS (http://eVisitors.nic.in/eVisitorMIS) for management of their visitors.
Citizens are invited to design/suggest a suitable logo for the Visitor Management System (eVisitors).
The last date of submission is 29th April, 2015
The selected entry will be awarded a prize of Rs. 50,000/-.

This logo contains Letter 'E' & word VISITORS and showing an arrow towards a door, thus indicating way to an Office

Logo contains one Computer showing letter “e” within Magnifying Glass, which represents View / Search. Word “VISITOR” is written on the handle of magnifying glass. This logo is very simple but is visually attractive.
Logo contains one PC showing letter “e” & signals of Wi-Fi. All these represents Electronics i.e. “e” and the word “VISITOR” is written on the lower frame of computer thus fully depict “E-VISITORS”. This Logo can be printed in any single color including black, thus it is economically printable. It is simple & easy to recognize/ remember.

Saffron + White + Green Tri colors rings of India + Ashok Chakra in the center of it with the national Emblem of our Country over the top of it . Yup the rings are big but I couldn't make it small, as i usually give the priority to these signs then after it the e-Visitor initials are clearly visible under it placed on handshake icon which eaaily represents the e service which is noticeable in FB stickers or "like" symbols.
