Ministry of Panchayati Raj seeks entries for proposing an innovative name, designing a logo and defining a tagline for an upcoming scheme of the Ministry. The scheme would deal with steps/ measures to improve the ‘Quality of Life' in the villages.
The scheme targets towards taking steps/ measures to improve the ‘Quality of life’ for the residents of a village.
The aim of the scheme is that Gram Panchayats may identify their ‘Village Formation Day’ and make it a catalytic event for improving the ‘Quality of Life’ in villages.
The scheme would enable Gram Panchayats to:
i. Assess the situation of their village(s) as per ‘Quality of Life’ indicators (related to sanitation, health, education, infrastructure like roads/pucca streets, power, communication facilities, e-services etc.)
ii. Set annual targets to bring improvements in these indicators each year.
iii. Take up activities to achieve the targets throughout the year and monitor progress.
iv. Review performance every year on ‘Village Formation Day’, formulate new strategies as needed, and take appropriate action(s).
The last date of submission is 31st December, 2014.
The winning entry will be awarded as under:
a. First Prize- Rs. 25,000/-
b. Second Prize- Rs. 15,000/-
c. Third Prize- Rs. 10,000/-

I am submitting my logo design and tagline for the proposed scheme to improve the 'Quality of Life' in villages. In the design I have shown a flower with a long stem and two leaves and a smiling face in the centre of the flower indicating happiness of villagers. Name for the scheme is submitted separately. I hope you will like the design. Please approve.
Sun rays indicates A Bright vision towards Village Life. Taking steps towards improving the quality of village life will make a change in every family and every villager enlightening their dreams and having a bright future, Which will help endowing India in every perspective. Bestowing villages with basic amenities will bring ease to folk's life.
My Logo shows the basic requirement of a village which are electricity, water mainly for irrigation and above all is EDUCATION . There are so many villages which still dont have basic facilities and this should be addressed as soon as possible
My logo is based on the remark of hand gesture with posing 'Quality'.Tagline-"Purity before Surety"This tagline indicates that the surety of quality assures by the 'PURITY'.

This logo is purely my creation.Logo shows the better infrastructure,digital progress and cleanliness and better housing facilities. According to me scheme can be given name as Aangan(v¡kxu).I have mentioned some tagline for Logo given below.
