Well facilitate schools with competent teachers & mentors because education is must to develop villages. If i take example of my village most of the students are migrate from village for their study & those are not financially strong they face the problems. Even I am out of my village from last 14 years for my study & now for the work. So it is must for the development of villages that we have good schools & competent gurus to develop unskilled human resource into a highly competent resources.

You do not need to make villages like cities. But the very basic needs should be developed like cities.
1)drinage facility. 2)waste management. 3)standardisation of schools so as to ensure good quality education. 4)toilets.5)Safe water.6)liabrary.7)authorised doctors for each village with appropriate staff.8)institute to teach democracy to every villager not just advantage to powerfull people of village. True democracy is still far away. What happens in gram sabhas is very sad story. The picture must change. Truely educated and good peole must be in power, half literates must be avoided.
