Urban spaces have been affected by the problem of garbage for long and this problem has only increased over time. Efforts of the Government can be beautifully complemented by people’s participation, make our colonies, apartment complexes, neighbourhoods, localities and cities garbage free.
Here in ahmedbad water pouches are available. after drinking it people throws it on the road. Tambaku packet any chocolate, chewing gum wrappers are also thrown on road side. to avoid this there should be some municipal officer should travell particular area and if any body is doing this then they have to pay fine to the officer with legal receipt. Officer should have some camera with there so public can not blame on them and the camera should be monitored by some where this will avoidcurrupti
Every mall and big retailers such as Big Bazar,Reliance etc in the cities should have an option where people can dispose any plastic bottles, bags and the customer in return can be given some discount coupon. This will ensure more and more people to separate the trash properly and help the city to be cleaner.
This is a Road Map for Swach Bharat.
Developed by Roshan Bhatnagar, an Urban Development Specialist.
He encountered problem while uploading this doc, so I am doing it.
This idea can effectively take care of the disposal of sugarcane waste generated by seasonal juice vendors reducing the load on municipal bodies, creating biofuel for use and revenues for the community body implementing the project.
My proposal to a central clean india project
Madhya Pradesh has a law MP Nagar Palika Mohalla Samiti Act 2011 for forming mohalla samitis in cities for various activities with people's participation, cleanliness is one. Once Municipalities implement this law, mohallasamiti members (households) be given 2 bags of dfrnt color for garbage collection. One for the waste veg matter & other for non-organic waste. This will help sort out garbage at kitchen point. A collection agency man can pick up daily & drop it at.a point for onward transport.
Organize all the beggars of the city, give them a uniform and an ID card. They do not have skills, atleast they can clean city.Assign 1 or 2 roads on rotation basis for each month to them for cleaning. Take their children to schools for education. Give them and their family free meals and daily wages for family maintainence. This way you clean city, get rid of beggars, improve education, increase jobs and with minimal expenditure job is done.

It is a technique that is already being run in Warrangal City., It was also highlighted on a "Satyamev Jayate" a TV show .its really a great measure for ensuring cleanliness in the city. Moreover the innovative usage of garbage as shown in that show can do wonders . Give incentives for the garbage that can be garbage that can be reused . Its collection will be done by civic bodies and they will Sell or Send it to Private Co. so they could use it in producing manure, biogas, strong roads etc.
