A huge problem in India is the lack of confidence in decision-making. There are lots of people who are ready to do something provided they are told exactly what to do. This is a very expensive proposition. We need people who don't need to be told - but know how to think and make decisions. For this, education in decision analysis from an early time is a must. India, supposedly the IT hub of the world, has a dismal infrastructure for creating websites. People do not know how to get high quality websites created easily. If youth are taught to design top class websites, it will help the country enter the internet (most of Indian businesses are not on the net, and those that are look like they come from the 20th century).
