We need to develop skills in all sections of society. An IT professional gets paid lacs as salary whereas a nation building person is not able to make ends meet. Skill development should be across all verticals and grow horizondally than growing vertical with one sector of society benefiting out of it. There should be a scale where all sections of society get the same privilege and salary in their respective verticals ensuring that all sections of society archives growth and get their share.
