Region specific and interest specific. 1. In Rajasthan, UP, rural youth is migrating to urban areas for studies and jobs. All in the age group of 18-30 face the problem of English communication. Open online or provisional english coaching centers (not free) so that they can present their ideas in english. 2. IITTM is there but training in small cities to improve tourism can be a big employment and revenue generator. Inform locals of skills to be world class guides.

1. Electrician 2. Diesel Mechanic 3. Lathe Operation 4. Welding 5. Armature Winding 6. Mobile Repair 7. Tractor Mechanic 8. Carpendtry 9. Hand Embroidery 10. Tailoring We have already developed all these programs digitally. This type of teaching will be very useful for school dropout (say Class 7 & 8). This training module is for six months. These programs can be taught in any language but technical terminology will be in English so that he can connect with Engineer.

The success of the NGO Pratham should be emulated across the country as a model for developing effective (and more importantly, measurable) teaching skills within the underprivileged and sometimes remote sections of the society in a very cost effective but scientific manner which are more suited to the needs of a developing country

Due to the popularity of white collar jobs,skilled persons are difficult to find for many fields. there is a lot of vacuum of proper trained persons. 1 .Tailors 2 .carpenters 3. Masons 4.Painters 5. Plumbers It may seem that there are so many unemployed but they are not skilled so not employable. 6.Accounts 7.Data operators...in my experience as an administrator i have experienced difficulty in getting some capable/good one.8. Weldors/Drillers 9.Producing organic fertalizers 10.Local food
