basic skill devlopment programme should include internship in various governmental institutions across india. A foreign language must be made compulsory in high school curriculum and knowledge of basic computer softwares should be made knowwn to public through PPP. most important of all govt. schemes regarding various skill development programs should be made known to public on a larger scale

I feel that following areas will be important for enhancing employability in future.1.Admiring/Visualizing Human Capital Assets 2.Flexible Education System 3.Reverse brain drain of higher educated people 4.Committment to invest in Next Generation tech.5.soft skills for Individuals 6.Infra/Service sector 7.Tourism/Hospitality 8.Food/water tech.9.Homeland Security 10.Space/medical/robotics. All people (Skilled / Semi Skilled) must be treated equally.

Let agriculture university create ecosystem in and around 100-200 km of their influence.Create module in new agricultural practices and involve youth practically on their field. Beside pre and post harvesting knowledge the market linking should be the part of knowledge transfer. Lets work together with willing members and mentors and use all channel of communication effectively.Agriculture department and rural ministry personnel can motivate,engage and felicitate the ecosystem.

Develop trained manpower in each village for new age agriculture machinery- right from drip irrigation,tractors,JVC,Harvester,Diesel Engine,Motorcycle and car. Brand owner of these machines should create ecosystem for such training on common platform.Let outsourced agency activate brand owners common agenda and government recognize it as CSR extension.

Non food items training-Beauty,marriage photography, Mehndi,tailoring,child and nutrition care demand exist in villages.New generation wants these facilities.We have to train willing entrepreneurs,teach them marketing tools and techniques and and continuously upgrade them till they become confident.Rural mentors can take this responsibility and their contribution could be recognized and rewarded.
