The information and insights received from this task can be sent to the concerned industries, help in ITI and other relevant curricula and can be utilized in various reports being prepared by the concerned departments.

6. All women who possess efficient actionable education could be trained for mentoring programmes in villages. All the social programmes could be routed through trained and willing mentor for further action. Once taught they shoud always upgrade their knowledge base and collect points. Any social programme activation requirements from volunteers could be routed to them for mentoring. No need to engage workers from other department. Departments could be guiding and motivating force.

5.In health sector paramedic trainings to girls and widows in villages.Asha type awareness training to every girl mother. We could make it part of education curriculum which contain certain numbers of training hours in field and class run by PHC and Asha and endorsed by schools.The government would get ready force in every village during massive awareness programmes like polio.

Alternative housing material production and building skill sets training in rural areas for environmentally friendly and affordable green housing option. Brick kiln operators should be encouraged to start producing non soil bricks in time bound manner and government housing plan in villages should take lead in such initiative.

1.Upgrade the skill of Agricultural workers in villages and let land lord also participate along with them. Their efficiency could be tested and leveled. Any land owner either has to learn the skill or give the rate to labour as per efficiency and star earned. 2. Re-skill new workforce of mason and related karigars and give them training on actual project.Alternative less costly housing options could be propagated through them and their skill could be traded in rural setup.

1Welding, 2 Fitters, 3 Mason, 4 Construction workers, 5 Architects, 6 Teachers, 7 Male nurse, 8 Research Analysts, 9 Project Planners and 10 Trainer to identify and develop the skill. These are mainly focussing for the development of India and in tandem with the programmes identified to take the nation forward.
