The Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), through IndiaAI (an independent Business Division under Digital India Corporation), is excited to launch a contest on MyGov to invite citizens to create a memorable and impactful logo for the upcoming AI Impact Summit.
The Summit envisions a future where AI delivers real impact, advancing inclusive growth, social development, and a healthier planet. It aims to ensure that AI innovation and governance reflect the diverse realities, languages, and development priorities of both emerging and advanced economies.
Bringing together governments, industry leaders, researchers, startups, civil society, and international organizations, the Summit will chart a shared vision for harnessing AI responsibly, for good, and for all.
To mark the occasion, IndiaAI invites citizens to create a logo for the forthcoming AI Impact Summit that captures three core ideas:
1. Innovation rooted in public purpose,
2. Trust through safety and ethics, and
3. India’s ambition to shape frontier AI for shared prosperity.
The selected logo will appear at the summit venue, on digital and print collateral, and all outreach material issued by IndiaAI and its partners.
Participation Guidelines:
1. Upload the logo in JPG, PDF or PNG format created on a digital platform. You may be asked to submit other formats.
2. The winning designer must provide an editable open file (AI, EPS or SVG).
3. Each submission must be original work and must not infringe any law, including the Indian Copyright Act 1957.
4. Comment with a brief rationale (maximum 100 words) explaining the concept and colour choices must accompany the file.
5. The design should be usable across web, social media, press releases, stationery, signage, standees, brochures, souvenirs and other publicity material, and must display clearly at 300 DPI when viewed at 100 percent size.
6. Entries shall not carry watermarks and must not be sent in compressed or self-extracting archives.
Technical Parameters:
1. Preferred size range is 5 cm × 5 cm to 30 cm × 30 cm, square or rectangular, portrait or landscape.
2. Designs should look crisp on both dark and light backgrounds and must remain legible when reproduced in monochrome.
3. Fonts, if used, should either be converted to curves/outlines or included with the editable file.
4. Participants may use RGB during creation, but the design must convert accurately to CMYK for print.
5. The logo should be designed in colour.
6. Animated Logos are also welcome.
Evaluation Criteria:
Submissions that pass an initial screening will be judged by an expert panel on four parameters:
1. Alignment with the summit theme and the name “AI Impact Summit”.
2. Originality and creativity.
3. Simplicity that ensures easy recognition and recall.
4. Inspiring quality that conveys optimism about AI’s potential.
The panel’s decision will be final and binding on all participants.
Together, let us give India’s flagship AI Impact Summit a visual identity that stands for responsible innovation and inclusive global collaboration.
