PM-KISAN is a central sector scheme launched on 24th February 2019 by the Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi to supplement the financial needs of land-holding farmers. It is the largest DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) Scheme in the world. Under this scheme, the financial benefit of Rs 6,000/- per year is transferred directly into the bank accounts of farmers' families across the country. The scheme has increased farmers' capacity for risk-taking, allowing them to make riskier but productive investments and take advantage of the process and technical developments.
In order to provide an identity to the scheme amongst the public, MyGov in collaboration with PM KISAN SAMMAN NIDHI YOJANA, Ministry of Agriculture is hosting a Logo Design Contest for the PM KISAN scheme.
Rewards:
1st Prize: INR.11,000/-.
Two consolation prizes of Rs.5,000 each will be awarded.
