Delhi - Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) is India's most ambitious Infrastructure programme aiming to develop new industrial cities as "Smart Cities" and converging next generation technologies across infrastructure sectors. The objective is to expand India's manufacturing and services base and develop DMIC as a "Global Manufacturing and Trading Hub". The programme will provide a major impetus to planned urbanization in India with manufacturing as the key driver.
In addition to new Industrial Cities, the programme envisages development of infrastructure linkages like power plants, assured water supply, high capacity transportation and logistics facilities as well as softer interventions like skill development programme for employment of the local populace. In the first phase seven new industrial cities are being developed. The programme has been conceptualized in partnership and collaboration with Government of Japan.
The logo of DMICDC should be innovative and should echo the objective and the work being done by DMICDC.
Selected design will get a prize money of Rs.50, 000/-.
The last date of submission is 31st December, 2015.

I think this is the biggest initiative by the Government of India.
Sir/Madam,
As I am not able to attach my logo in Jpg format,I have uploaded both my logo as well its brief explanation in pdf format.Attached herewith is my brother's and my contribution.
Thanking you
I am submitting my task for the "Logo Design Competition for Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor". Kindly accept the pdf form as my application for the same.
The proposed logo is intended to create sober & solemn image of the DMICDC. It visually connotes “Fast-Paced-Uninterruptible-Connectivity” via both road & rail networks of dedicated freight corridors proposed under DMIC. Two parallel lines underlining & overlaying the word DMIC not only makes the visual resemblance with roads & rail tracks, but also emphasizes the word. Such character has been designed considering the impact it would create on the minds of all the stakeholders.
#DMICDC,
#My Gov
Please find my submission in attachment.
Thanks
