1)Parks in all areas with good landscaping & children play area.
2)24x7 drinking water & quality power supply .
3)Separate ducts on either side of road. One for drainage system and the other for utility
services like drinking water, telephone lines, electrical lines, internet lines etc to be provided.
3)Quick transport system. ( Metro rail, BRTS etc).
4)Synchronized traffic signalling system on all important roads to avoid delay at junctions.

All garbage to be collected from houses, must not be thrown on road side.All citizens must follow this to make our city clean. If necessary collect Rs 1/day per house for collection of garbage. solar plants and cc cameras are to be made compulsory.
Encourage use of public transport .Pre paid auto stands at various places as available at Railway station .
