The drawing shows how more and more people especially the youth are becoming addicted to the narcotics, completely destroying their lives and impacting the society at large. On the other hand it also shows how drug addiction can be prevented by teaching the people about its harmful consequences. Each and every stakeholder should fight against drug addiction and establish a drug free society. It also shows how meditation can improve your mental and physical wellbeing.

NMBA Painting Competition offered me an opportunity to dig deep into the reality of drug menace & I'm deeply devastated to know the statistics of drug abuse in India with million of people of every age group being affected & addicted to drugs. Through my artwork, I tried to portray the striking contrast between a healthy, joyous drug-free lifestyle & deadly, lethal, life-threatening choices influenced by substance abuse; & how it severly impacts our brain along with our entire life.
