Jai shri krishna,
From lot many dishes of malwa region..one dish is having Malwa ki mithas. Serve along with roti sabji . That is Aam ras aur biye or we can say home made sivai..
Its thick mango juice with sweet maida home made thin sevaiya.
In the pic i prepare.. Malwi khobli roti with lots of ghee, chawli ki sabji and Besan k sujhe gatte.

Wash and drain rice for 30 min.
Heat 3 tsp ghee, add cloves, cardamon and cinnamon. Add drained rice, saute for 2 min. Meanwhile boil coconut milk, water, pinch of salt.
Add this mixture on rice.
Let it boil on medium high. As starts boiling, reduce the heat to low put the lid and let it cook for about 10 min. Cook the rice completly. Take out the rice on the plate and cool it completely.
In another pan mix grated coconut sugar,nuts&cook until the mixture thickens and feels dry. Add rice,

i am from telengana . i recently went to Kerala there i liked this local delicacy i tried at home too and wanted to do atleast once a week. heres the name of the dish idiyappam and i made a fusion to dish added local telengana karapodi .both tastes yummy hers the process:boil the water,add salt and rice flour,make a dough put in the chakli maker press it in round shapes,steam it by steamer. serve with karapodi. #EkBharatShreshthaBharat, #MyGov

Shakkar para is one the most delicious and less known dish in India. Ingredients:1cup wheat flour, enough milk to make the dough, 2tbsp ghee, half cup sugar. How to make?
First mix first and second ingredients and the dough should be tight that of roti's. Roll the dough like roti add sugar in the roll and cut it in diamond shape. Take a pan pour ghee to it and fry the para. After the para is finished sprinkles crystal sugar on it. You will be astonished how fast the dabba will be emptied
