Click & upload snaps of river Ganga and win exciting prizes - courtesy of National Mission For Clean Ganga. Namami Gange has taken unique initiative by giving the fans and those passionate about river Ganga an opportunity to participate in a photography contest.
As a part of this contest, photo enthusiasts can enter into the following categories:
1. Livelihood
2. Festivals
3. Historical Architecture
4. Biodiversity(Flora and Fauna)
5. Human activities affecting Ganga
6. Tourist destinations along river Ganga
The copyright of the submitted photographs will be with National Mission for Clean Ganga.
Participate in the #NamamiGange Photo Contest on occasion of Ganga Swachhta Pakhwada 2018. The best entry attracts a cash prize of ₹ 25,000/-, followed by ₹ 15,000/- and ₹ 11,000/- There are also 7 consolation prizes of ₹ 5000 each.

नमस्कार ।
गंगा नदी को स्वच्छ बनाना और हमारे देश में जो बहार से आने वाले टूरिस्ट को ऐसा लगे की हमारा देश एक स्वच्छ देश हैं । मगर कुछ लोग घाट पर या गंगा के आस पास इतनी गंदगी कर देते हैं की कोई भी देखने वाला कहता हैं की गंगा मैली हो गयी ।
मेरे हिसाब से सरकार यदि गंगा को स्वच्छ रखें तो भारत में गंगा नदी का नाम पूरी दुनिया में रहेगा
और सरकार को नदी के आसपास के गावँ और शहर में ये नियम हो की यदि नदी गन्दी हुयी तो वहा के सरपंच या नगर के आदक्ष्य को इसका जुरमाना भुक्ताना पड सकता हैं ।

Nainital the Lake District of India in Uttarakhand . The hilly region of the district used to have big & small lakes. Bhimtal ,Sattal, Naukuchiatal,Khurpatal, Nainital, Malwatal, Harishtal , Lokhamtal etc. are known lakes of bigger size.Kosi is the main river of the district.Naina Devi Temple is a sacred place of great devotion in Nainithal. It is dedicated to Goddess Naina Devi.. The Lakes is a tributary of River ganga joining in RamGanga at the bottom & the lakes the pure water of River ganga
