Small industries can't setup their own individual water cleaning plants. Government should help them by setting up a common Industrial pollution cleaning plants in respective areas. They need to charge the small and medicum scale industries based on the wastages they leave. A common pipeline can connect to collect such polluting materials from small and medium sized units. These common pollution cleaning plants can be privatized.

Co-development of wetlands: Bioremediation with pH change and pumped O2 & ozone can treat industrial waste from leather, pulp/paper & chemical factories. However, this is an energy intensive process. To make it sustainable, wetlands/wastelands need to be created. These can act as a dual bed for bioremediation & biodiesel production. At the merger point between wetlands & river, fisheries should be developed. One, existence of fishes proves treatment quality. Two, it promotes ecological balance.

Every industry surrounding ganga or any other river should have their own dumping ground of wastes and with proper incineration process the waste should be treated....A strict rule should be imposed on the industries whosoever pollutes the river by their industrial wastes......Moreover a separate organisation could be established for the treatment of industrial wastes .........

"Punish strongly who pollutes Ganga" If a man or industry or company pollutes Ganga then they should pay a fine or clean it manually on instruction which can be made. If a man or industry or company do not have enough money to give a fine then he should give one or two hour per day for a month or two to go and manually clean river by his own hands which depend upon the damage he has done to it this way every person either he is having money of not will be punished.
