the biggest problem in INDIA is that people don't want to spend money on cleanness and controlling pollution. If we go in any factory, we can see lack of cleanliness there, which shows that people who are not spending money on their own property how they can spend to save environment, clear cut conclusion is that Govt. must make some aspects, only who are fit can continue. If you have to change the world first you should change yourself. This Should be the first step.

1. Industrial waste and municipal waste dumped or flow towards ganga from origin to final destination should be stopped. 2 Make effluent treatment plant at appropriate locations and treated water or waste should be used for agricultural or construction activities. 3. The toxic industries coming under red cateory should be completely shifted from the river bank of ganga, if they are located at 10km stretch, 3.Like coastal regulatory zone guidelines, there should be ganga coastal regulatory

It's not about making norms tougher. It's about ENFORCEMENT and IMPLEMENTATION of existing norms. State Pollution Control Boards(PCBs) are massively corrupted. Also reports of waste water released from Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) of industries are TOTALLY MANAGED by ISSUING LABORATORIES. By giving bribes , COMPANIES whose waste is NAN COPLIANT to the norms MANAGE all officials of STATE PCBs right from FIELD OFFICERS. I advise there has to be some social auditing involving near by residents.

Effluents from every industry should be metered for quality and quantity and charged for its cleaning. Effluents from households and hotels etc. should be metered and charged for completely cleaning them. Water consumed can be a measure of quantity in the case of hotels and houses. Not a drop of dirty liquid should be allowed to be discharged into lakes and rivers. Local government should be allowed to collect this as additional tax just like water bill and electricity bill every month.

Money for this experiment(as I text in my earlier post) can be charged as a fine from companies/industries for polluting the environment and hence after getting results this experiment we can use it to clean pollution by using the fine from companies/industries.

I strictly ask to perform an experiment on Mantra and its effect on Plants, Air-Water pollution, Growth of mosquitoes and diseases. I am suggesting this Idea because of the proof which I got in picture It shows change in water crystals by prayer/mantra. I have also conducted an experiment on water by chanting mantra in front of it and it results to change in water taste , this change can be researched using a microscope and INDIA may get an Ancient-Modern way of cleaning pollution in less cost.

Such as we can recycle industrial Effluent water can use for farming, drinking water, Guarding Development, Gutter Flushing, Municipal Solid Waste washing for Re-Cycling process under plastic Re-Cycling Technology. There is huge talent in india but before this nobody trying to know about that .. This is best opportunity of us to serve our knowledge for our Nation..

Government has to forcefully notice to all industry which are nearest located to " "Ganga" or any others river of India must has to follow Zero Discharge Effluent Technology , So they dirty industrial water never mix up with river water / or if not possible then Government has to accumulate all industrial Effluent water at one Central ETP and Re-Process as per Environmental Norm or They can Regenerate the same By using of R.O. Technology ..That Re-process water we can reused in Farming...

Use of Electrostatic Precipitator,Bag Filters are the must for the Industries.........failing to environment pollution norms there should be heavy penalty action on those industries.
