Before giving the jobs, the exchanges must have full fledged authority to conduct govt departmental exam for various posts such as UDC, LDC, clerk, Steno, assistant etc, at state level or district level. This will certainly boost the structure of employment exchanges. All central and state universitiy students must enrol themselves in their respective emp exchange to explore youth talent and can also offer skill development programs as per the requirements.
