I would like the employment exchange to match with the private consultancy and placement agency.There should be accountability of state CM to provide job opportunities.The job posting shows states development.The employment exchange should tie up with local companies and provide candidates by training and certificates to deserving poor people.

SCRAP Quota system. Concentrate on Quality. I think Employment exchange can work better and with greater transparency.

Same employment commission can also conduct all admissions to all engineering medical and administration colleges following similar procedure giving great relief and fair treatment to our students

the employment commission should be fully automated with little scope for corrupt practices today prevalent every where.That is why interviews and entrance tests should be stopped and fully computerised mode adopted in the EMPLOYMENT COMMISSION

All competition exams and entrance exams should be stopped Direct admission based on weighted normalised marks in qualifying and previous important milestone exams is the best most fair procedure.

Convert it in to Integrated Employment Commission.replacing all other machinery in all govt organisations.Let everyone send his marks and experience details.All openings sent to this commission.Based on weighted normalized marks ,experience and other requirements,using the computerised data, provisional placements are instantly and automatically made by the commission.All corruption gone in stroke. Those who are not good can be removed after probational period.Job seekers need not run madly.

Gram/ block leval pe employment cum laghu udyog office khola jaye, har office ki jimmedari apne gram ya block me aane wale 100-200 parivaro ke sadasyo ke liye rojgaar, laghu udyog ki vyastha karaye, lone ki vyastha karaye, har graam/block se kam se kam ek export quality product ka utpadan ho jiska export videsho me ho.. Yani zero effect zero defect... Naye vyapriyo ke liye upbhogta bhi unhi ke gram ya block ke 200 pariwar ke log ho,
200 upbhokta kisi bhi naye vyapar ko majbooti dene ke liye paryapt hote hai..
Yahi nahi un parivaro ke bachho ko uchh quality ki shiksha ki vyastha or smay rahte un bachho ka sahi margdarshan ki jimmedari bhi isi employment office ki honi chahiye..
yani 6; 8; 10, 12: garduation or post graduation ke bachho ka seminaar hone chahiye jaha unhe deshprem ka utsah paida karne ke saath unke sahi margdarshan kiya jana chahiye... Jisase wo apne rojgaar vyapaar naukri jo bhi chune desh hit ke hisaab se chune...china se hame seekhna chahiye wahe logo ki deshbhakti unke vyaapaar, rahan-sahan moovies me games me technical kshetra me bhi dikhti hai...

as i have earlier discussed this in continuation to that if police personnel is involved in this it will reduce crime against our senior citizens and women.

One very important sector in cities is house help or maid servant. if the employment exchange are attached with police department with this so that the verification of worker and employer should be made available to both servants and employer. people will have faith on this agency .And every thing should be made available on line.Police verification report, all the details of servant may be uploaded on the website.Similarly when employer needs servant he will also have to upload all the data
