The aim of this task is to receive quality inputs on how to revolutionize employment exchanges across India in terms of offering better opportunities to youngsters. The policy inputs can cover each and every aspect associated with employment exchanges and enhancing job creation.
attract corporate commitment to apprenticeships and run periodic skills development a; which could give citizens new skills thereby making them employable and also promotes self-employment.
what is the need of an employment exchange in the age of open competitive exam. an business falilate committe should be set up in every dist comprising of bankers retired co board director nd govt official whos work will be to give advice, facilate cheap loan, and guide the unemployed youth to set up business on their own. and govt should encourage PSBs to provide loan to them. yes some of them will become another TATA or Birla.
+ create a digital skills database (db); something Skill Select, Australia; although not with intent for immigrants)
+ all skill db users must be verified.
+ incentives for employers / HR firms to prioritise use of gov skill db while undertaking recruitments.
+ promote skill db among international employers.
+ myGov points for helping candicates join skill db (support for those with any access limitations)
+ promote freelance & self-employment; possibly with tax benefits.
::coments welcome
1) Simple, just encourage corporates to build policies keeping CSV(creating shared values) into account. Success story of "HUL's project shakthi" and "ITC's Magaldeep" provided many jobs.
2) Ask Infosys/wipro/tech mahindra to digitalize Employment Exchanges with advanced technologies and instead of calling tender give tax exemption in CSR spending for this project. Govt money too saves PPP model ensures good quality too.
My detailed plan with benefits is attached in JPG format.
Government must list out all goods that are being imported and exported and encourage educational institutions to teach courses in which these imports can be produced indegeniously (substituted by our production) and increase export of these goods where by employment can be generated and any bottle necks in introduction of those course and approvals by government must be handled at war footing pace plus stipend for students
SIR CREATE WEBPAGE BY THE GOVT AND GIVE ONE ANNOUNCEMENT(WHO ARE UNEMPLOYED REGISTER TO CREATE EMPLOYMENT) THEN WHO ARE UNEMPLOYED THEY CAN CREAT THEM SELF ATTECHED DOCEMENTS TO SCAN APPLODED
The pathway to employability begins with self-assessment of values, personality, skill strengths, languages, arithmetic, literacy new and old, Critical Thinking And Problem Solving, Communication, Collaboration, And Creativity And Innovation and interests; a support system in place that will make it exciting to choose a career or make career change an easier transition. A virtual world aiding life in the real world is what is needed!
In INDIA there are many beggars, many uneducated roomers. We can employ this people in any government sector without any payment but giving them food, shelter, clothes and other basic needs. For example if government opens a kadhi industry if they employ above mentioned people there is tremendous decrease in beggars and by marking the goods produced there we can maintain all of them and we can earn profit also. There is very very less disadvantages in it.
All the students are given their details to their respective schools .after passing 10 or 12 board exam goverment giving a certificate to all students they can register in employment and give the mark sheets to all students .board of examination should take the responsibility .
in Tamil Nadu government for all the students community certificate provided by the respective school......
