The 1st and the Biggest mission that Modiji's government has take is Swatch Bharat. So if there is an app(just like whatsapp) where we can upload the pics of places which are unhygenic or untidy and also pics of people who are throwing garbage on roads or spitting tobacco or littering on roads. If the place is untidy directly a message should go to the near by municipal team, so that they can clean it and if it is a person,1st time should be given a warning and 2nd time should be fined.
