MyGov is organizing a competition (the "Contest") for creation/ development of a Mobile Application ("App")for the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO).

The Contest is open for participation to the Citizens of India only.

There are three phases in the contest:

o Phase 1 - the Idea Submission Phase
o Phase 2 - the Wireframe Development Phase
o Phase 3 – the App Development Phase

Last Date of Submission for Phase 1 is 23rd March, 2015 by 5:00 PM IST.

Prizes

Idea Phase (Phase-I): Ideas selected by the jury will win an Android One device from Google and a Certificate of Appreciation from MyGov.
Wireframe development phase (Phase-II): The top 5 shortlisted teams will get Certificate of Appreciation from MyGov and an opportunity to be mentored by Google to build the mobile app.
App Development phase (Phase-III): The winning team will get a Sponsored trip to the Unites States of America to meet a team of Google Developers,subject to Terms and Conditions.

#इंटरेक्शन: यह कार्य सराहनीय है, इसके लिए केंद्रीय सरकार को धन्यवाद! मिले हुए अन्य सुझावों के साथ ही मेरा प्रस्ताव यह है कि पीएमओ के ऍप में एक कोना ऐसा भी होना चाहिए जहां पर स्वयम् पीएमओ के कर्मचारियों के दुर्व्यवहार की शिकायतें दर्ज कराई जा सके। जिससे पीएमओ के बाहर इनके दुराचरण की गुंजाइश को रोका जा सकता है।

For PMO app:-1) user friendly 2) inbuilt browser 3) available on every operating system 4) various languages 5) A talking assistant 6)active support 7)Link to every new announcement of every minstry and other institution like Supreme Court. 7) 24 hr available

Our country has monitoring and control system based on official/clerical reporting. We lack user based public reporting & feedback system backed by IT based Data management. Like UID Aadhar number, unique & logical coding of all roads/streets be done. Database formed can be used by mobile app for multi task monitoring like swatch bharat mission, women safety, rapid intervention & relief operations etc

Black money is menace for Country's economy. I think, the best way to tackle it is a generation level. An app shall be developed, where all the common way of generation shall be listed. Anybody, if he/she sees any such thing happening anywhere shall be able to report to authorities without disclosing the identity and hassles. This will deter the people from engaging in illegal activities.

all ministry websites should be included in this app.we want to know day to day function of the governament.we want to know governament schemes and decisions by this app.we want written #interaction statements from minister for concernd issues of the various sectors and departments,app should be available for citizens of the country to give complaints to prime minister and other ministers

Online employment exchange by public. An app should be developed where any body with valid identity, should be able to post their manpower requirement. Anybody having skill/time to spare shall be able to post. Let this app be a vibrant platform, only supported & monitored by Government agency, of solving people's problems by people themselves. All such postings shall be mapped for future developmental planning.

#Information valid info of pm office(i.e pm timeline and all), social media integration(i.e fb, twitter, linkedin ids of pm and all the ministers under pm, app should be available in all the regional languages & user friendly. #Interaction app should have the privileges to handover a unique id to each people registered for it(i.e through social community or through mob no or addhar card no etc through which they can post any impractical issues, top 10 questions highlights which pm should ans.

#Interaction 1.There should be atleast 1 group which include all members of my gov.
2.In self help group of open forum there should be special option for giving tittle.
3.Links to all parts of government should be made available on my gov forum.
4.All ministries of govt. should give information about their work on this forum.
5.My gov. should be developed into a forum where information about all govt. Schemes are available
6.It should be a forum where people can ask for urgent help.

#Information:Single step solution to explore all Tollfree nos issued by govt to report/register issues faced by Indian citizens.#Broadcast:App should include all TollFree No's shared by Indian Govt to report complaints against ChildLabour,Corruption,Attack against women,Hospitals serving low quality treatment,Hotels-low quality food,reporting incidents lik road accidents,lapse from gov employees etc.In addtn,option to filter based on state/category & corresponding helpline no's in all sections.

#Interaction :PMO mobile app should have capability
1. To record feedback,improvement suggestions on design/look,useful sections,least liked sections.
2. To register complaints through verification process while ensuring legitimate complaints & timely closure.
3. Navigational GPS with exact location of person interacting with Govt. & also vice versa the details of office interacting with him.
4. If possible to have aadhar card linkage and photo display system of the complainant.
