#Interaction
This app is a super-set of all the grievance cells created for various systems. All these grievance cells should be integrated under this common platform. User should be able to see all the levels where the grievance can be escalated (may be maximum till PMO or judiciary) with the single point of contact mentioned at each level. If the issue is not being resolved at a particular level within a defined timeline than user should be able to escalate it to the next level.
