plzzz....consider a one to one customer care cell through pmo ......
so that anyone can interact to care cell operators regarding their problems.....
and one should not disclose their identity on the app... and other people could also see the problems and also can review the problem........
reply system should be neat and fast.........
and there should be no discrimination and cell phones which are imported to india should have preloaded pmo app in them for o download problems..

#information
according to my view,
>the app should contain information about the current running government scemes so that people can be aware what they deserve
>an app should contain a anticorruption section where a person can directly upload videos and photos and help government finding the culprit who is making the fool of rules
>such an app should also contain some latest achievements, latest scemes and other political feeds..
>some goverment job openings to remove unemployment.

#Broadcast: First concern is to protect it from fake logins. So one person having a account should register via Aadhar card, Voter Id or Pan card. One person having 3 cells can use but as one account only. So that spam users will be controlled.
#interaction: Then only they can proceed for queries or complains.
#information: with links for concerns departments users should be diverted to respective pages to avoid heavy rush in the app.

(1)App should a very lite that means it should be run on 2G network also.(2)Compliant option by using userid and password with track record of that compliant.(3)If complainer want to hide his name should be remain secrect to whom against he has registered a complain. That helps complainer like Manjunath whoes name and identy was exposed when complained to PMO.(4)Votting option regarding new ideas and implementation.(5)Supports local language so that normal people can understand

I'd also recommend that please do extend mygov.in Portal (and app for the same) to create this as a ONE STOP Solution for all Citizen Services irrespective of the state. I should be able to see all my details like PAN, TaxInfo, Passport Info, apply for DL, Passport, Ration Card etc. There should be no need for logging into different Govt (Central or State) Portals. Then only it will be One India via digitization
