MyGov is organizing a competition (the "Contest") for creation/ development of a Mobile Application ("App")for the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO).
The Contest is open for participation to the Citizens of India only.
There are three phases in the contest:
o Phase 1 - the Idea Submission Phase
o Phase 2 - the Wireframe Development Phase
o Phase 3 – the App Development Phase
Last Date of Submission for Phase 1 is 23rd March, 2015 by 5:00 PM IST.

Prizes
• Idea Phase (Phase-I): Ideas selected by the jury will win an Android One device from Google and a Certificate of Appreciation from MyGov.
• Wireframe development phase (Phase-II): The top 5 shortlisted teams will get Certificate of Appreciation from MyGov and an opportunity to be mentored by Google to build the mobile app.
• App Development phase (Phase-III): The winning team will get a Sponsored trip to the Unites States of America to meet a team of Google Developers,subject to Terms and Conditions.

It is important to respond to those queries raised. It should be 2-way communication channel then only it will serve purpose so Citizens should be able to seek clarifications, log grievance (mentioned earlier). All queries asked should be available for others to see as well
#Interaction:Any government official will be able to bring in notice issues faced by citizens and society,propose his/her idea/s and make request for the fund,man power and technology needed.
#Information:Respected PM will receive information regarding state-wise crime ratio on monthly basis,detailed description of the report like which state has what number of cases registered under which type of crime will also be available.Notification regarding issues,ideas and requests will also be shown.
Legislations/Bills in progress/passed etc. and so on, Key statistics on Infrastructure). Also simple summary of what that means for a common man. Clearly the app has to be multilingual gradually if not from the start.

(1) Dashboard (Progress of Key National Projects as real time as feasible or as on last review, Key National Statistics related to health, investment, debt, deficit, revenue, loan waived etc.
APP must have one more feature - Corruption instance ( live ) , suspecious act of govt. officials (such as police appoints agents on road to collect money from truck drivers and save them from corruption evidence.

'My Identitiy' app
An app which will allow us to apply for Passport, PAN Card, AAdhar Card, Driving License, Ration Card, etc. through mobile devices. It will also help us track the current status of the online application. Once we get the physical documents, the app should generate a digital identity of them like QR Code, etc. so that it could be scanned wherever required without physically carrying the documents.

Option to share major issues faced by users,
Section for users so that they can interact and share their views,Section for users to rate updates e.g.liking/disliking on majority basis for particular law/act
Option to donate for various acts like Cleaning River Ganga etc
1. Farmers should also accompany, as do the industrialists, when PM visits foreign countries or foreign dignitories visit India and dinner is hosted for them. This will give sense of recognition to the farmers' community.2. Horticulture and floriculture should be encouraged.
