#Now days common peoples can not interact directly with MAL's, MP's,Nagarsevak's,So in the app common person should be enter their suggestion, complaint and that will directly link to the concern dept.or nagarsevak under observation of PMO. and user must able to check status of their complain.
And if it is not entertain then PMO have to take action.

#It is serious that common peoples has no way to talk or ask the questions to local politician.
With the help of app anyone can log complain.

There is No Need of a Mobile App for PMO

The Website of PMO should be Responsive and Can be Accessible from Any of the Mobile Browser and PMO Can provide PMO Browser App to All Platforms if needed. With Only One Website, The Data of PMO will be centralised and Can be access from any Device.Centralised data is Easy to manage with less cost and There is No need of Various updates on various Mobile Apps.

1 Website for All Platform Means - One Update on One Website goes to all

#The app. must be in all the languages so that more people can have access to the app., it must have all the information of what PMO does and future plans of PMO and the app. should be updated regularly so that bug problems could be resolved.

The app should be a single place to view updates from PMO’s Facebook, Twitter accounts and the official website.

As a citizen who wants to be up-to-date with the latest news from the PMO, I have to monitor my Facebook news feed, Twitter timeline and also visit the official website regularly. Doing so is time-consuming and most of the times, the posts/tweets are lost in the flood of other updates from my contacts.

#broadcast The PMO App should allow for video chat facility with the PM. Individuals who submit exceptional ideas would get to do a 2-5 mins live video chat with the PM. Also can be used by the PMO to #interact with schools, colleges & institutions doing exceptional contribution to the PMO missions such as swaach bharat, Make In India etc.

Feedback loop
The app should provide a simple way of viewing all the opinion polls and voting in them. It should also notify when a poll has finished and provide the results.

#interaction

Dear Sir,

I have suggestion for the pro mobile application. You make software audio recording system and hindi version because of some of villagers don't know writing that's why I am saying make application easier and understanble. And add One option to press the button and that massage go to our customer support and after they ask to him. His problem and not the complaint.

Thanks and Regards
Sandeep Kumar Singh
