जैसे ही कोई नागरिक अपनी बात, व्यथा, समस्या अथवा शिकायत प्रस्तावित एप्प के माध्यम से प्रधान मंत्री कार्यालय के संज्ञान में लाये उसे उसके मोबाइल नंबर पर एस०एम०एस० के माध्यम से पावती स्वरुप एक यूनीक सन्दर्म संख्या प्रदान की जाये, जिसके माध्यम से आवेदक को पोस्ट की गयी बात, व्यथा, समस्या अथवा शिकायत के सम्बन्ध में क्या कार्यवाही की गयी अथवा निस्तारण हेतु किस अधिकारी को संदर्भित किया गया आदि का विवरण प्राप्त हो, प्रकरण के निस्तारण की समय सीमा भी निर्धारित होनी चाहिए|

#interaction PMO app should be an Idea Collection & Generation System which allows every individual with a phone to submit ideas on topics such as Make in India,Swaach Bharat,Women Safety etc.The complete cycle of the idea from submission to shortlisting to successful implementation should be captured on the APP.Can be called as "PMO-India Idea Bank" where people can deposit concrete ideas to catapult India to Progress.Idea submission GUI must be clean & simple as the google search engine.

I am fully agree with Mr Ansuman singh who is suggested for Mobile application. we should also make mobile network in rating the public officer and services provided by Govt. we can also add the feature to add photo graph to support the complaint. this must be multi language so that any body can contribute. he should also to see the tracking of his complaint.
for example - in railway if we are not getting the clean bed sheet, clean toilet and even some missing facilities in coach etc

PMO should explain what this app is planned for. Then only ideas can be constructive. No point in suggesting that it should be for all platforms, etc as its NIC's work.

Can it help us processing our govt. bills?
Can it help us check my tax filing stats?
Can it help me track my court case #?
Can it help me upload sting pictures, video and audio of corrupt govt. officials?

It shouldn't be about putting the PM's picture and his photo stunts in India or abroad.

1. PM and his plans - information about the plans/work of the honorable PM
2. New GOs/Schemes and benefits - If any GOs or schemes they thought of, so that people would have an opinion on that.
3. Gram Yojana - Updates regarding every village under the Gram Yojana. Day by day updates about the improvement of the village.

Me PM Modi Sir ko applicaion ke bare me sirft itana hi kehana chahunga ki abhhi jo unka beti bachao mission chal raha hai usko me support karta hu.aaj country me rape k kisse bahot badh rahe he to ek app. taiyar ki jay jisase india me jitne polis station ho wo PM ke under me rahe or sare cases ki jankari un tak pahuche to e jo ho raha hai usko kam kiya jay.

Mobile app for PMO should be multilingualism, it should not confined to recognized language only but to all language . Many of the indians are not literate , The application should have voice interface also . The application should be designed in such a way that even Icons should be meaningful symbol . It should be scalable application

There should be a option of voting for youth when any decision or rule is made for the youth....so it will be easy in making new rules...if youth likes it then it will help alot in making a good gov...if youth is with gov then we can make a change....if youth walks side by side with gov then it will be great
