Best way to provide citizen centric service can be achieved by using the service augmentation through mobile centric approach via various citizen centric app. In this effect please find the draft mobility process flow document. The icons to be used in PMOs mobile app should be designed in such a common way even the first user can make sense of it....and it should be user friendly rather than an app only for techi.....also the app should not only be developed for Android version...as there are still millions who are using series 40,60 or symbian mobile.

I want to make an app which involves #interaction and #information , the app would be called #mann ki awwaz ,where our p.m would give message directly to our youth and users will get notifications and can give reviews about it and there would an ask option where users can ask their questions but all these eill get sorted according to different parameters , so oyr p.m can get to know what our youth really want and there would be many more options. If i get chanc to make it , I'll be very thankful
