MyGov is organizing a competition (the "Contest") for creation/ development of a Mobile Application ("App")for the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO).
The Contest is open for participation to the Citizens of India only.
There are three phases in the contest:
o Phase 1 - the Idea Submission Phase
o Phase 2 - the Wireframe Development Phase
o Phase 3 – the App Development Phase
Last Date of Submission for Phase 1 is 23rd March, 2015 by 5:00 PM IST.

Prizes
• Idea Phase (Phase-I): Ideas selected by the jury will win an Android One device from Google and a Certificate of Appreciation from MyGov.
• Wireframe development phase (Phase-II): The top 5 shortlisted teams will get Certificate of Appreciation from MyGov and an opportunity to be mentored by Google to build the mobile app.
• App Development phase (Phase-III): The winning team will get a Sponsored trip to the Unites States of America to meet a team of Google Developers,subject to Terms and Conditions.

App should allow #uploading photos of issues and problems we see around, citizen opinion poll, voice and video.
To get desired practical results #use of practical common sense is of immanence important.
1. Personal information:
This app should recognize individuals by his #adhar number and should give his #access to all documents and certificates of his own.
2. After filling the all required personal information person should be in position to know what #schemes government had designed for him
and #upcoming schemes for him.
1. PM can't give attention to all the things. So there should be team of experts let's say moderator who will choose what PM should see(by this all the repeating stuff can be avoided)
2. Suggestion/complete option with different topic like "crime" "corruption" "unjust" etc
3. The person who suggested or complain something should be informed about action taken.
4. Vote ups! On suggestion page there should vote up option. So that all the users can vote up and we can find best suggestion.
As far as i know worst problem we have is delays in gov process.
Eff:
1)People go want to go to gov for slow process.It takes months for a simple procedure.
2)Gov employ ask for bribe to get work done fast.
3)Everything is on paper.We are in digital era where doc can be transferred in a sec but instead we take 5 day for #Information to get from one to another
Sol:
1)Make doc digital.
2)Have Maximum time limit for a job.the problem is that there is no specification for a job to complete.
This APP must contain
1. Corruption column
2.GDP information.
3. Security for women in emergency direct contact with police.
4.Tourism and Sports corner.
5.Update with the current policy Of government.
6.Job review
7.Direct interaction with PM office.
8.Opposition leader interaction(they should not be ignored)
9. State wise news update based on all department
10. Social group to suggest idea to improve development.
11.Employment rate information
12.Record of government property
There should be RTI section in the APP,file RTI,make payment,review application,track status,applicant document uploading,status should also be sent to applicant via mail and notification via sms,in all it should easy,safe and encouraging to file RTI.
