Sir, I have an idea which can help in solving major city traffic congestion. It is basic car pooling idea but with better management. It works like this, first there is online registration for people with car who are willing to do car pool. Then such cars will be given an electronic display which will show where they are going. This will be shown on online website and mobile app. So if I want to go to CST from Vashi, and i get a carpool till chembur, I will get down and check on mobile for next.
