PMO MOB App Suggesion

The feedback on the case processing should be dynamic & the citizen should be made aware about it regularly/weekly.

#Information - The app should provide detailed information about the ongoing projects in each city. It should also provide information about all the schemes of GOI. #Interaction - People should be able to interact with a team of experts and inform them if there is some lag or some problem going on in some project. This way PMO can can cross check their reports with fresh minute by minute reports. Also people can clear their doubts about any schemes if they have any.

A number should be launched along with the PMO app which is dynamic & provides response back to citizens instantly about proceedings like that of the Delhi Traffic Police Whatsapp number as the normal 100/1090 etc numbers are time taking & sometimes don't address issue well. #WhatsappNumber #DynamicReplies

PMO app should have one option to upload Photos/Videos(00:15), if we get something very wrong. By this way we can raise voice against any corrupted Government employee. And the uploader should get an option to disclose or to keep its identity secret. This Photo/Video should be visible to all app user in "Feeds"(as similar we see in Facebook). After getting uploaded, every user should get the info regarding whether this Photo/Video got reviewed or not. #Broadcast #Interaction #Corruption

My idea for the PMO app. The major feature it should have a crowd sourcing issue reporting feature. If there is an issue and lot of individuals log on to the app and report the issue. Once it reaches a threshold level i.e. it’s of national importance (diverse set of population feels so). The issue is bought to the PM notice. This would let the PM to keep track of issues the majority of the population feels is important and not be dependent on his executives all the time #PMOApp#Broadcast#issue
