# pmo's mobile should have public grievance option. and should be centralize. one window for many solution. in which public can register there complaints of any department from any state. when public register there complaints it automatically sent to officer or higher official of concern department. and action can take place fast. and public should have a option to see the status when officer update the action taken. this will increase the efficiency of government and also save the public time.

#Information, #Interaction, #Broadcast ,There should be login system alike the website through email/username or OTP.User profile should be simple and easy to operate. All the links as Blog, discuss, do should be given there. There should be proper navigation among the activities.Links like trends, profile etc should be under a hidden menu with symbol on top-right and left.User can easily participate in discuss, submit tasks and perform other activties.I have described my Idea in images.thanks

Special tie ups with Telco for Free PMO App content access.

#In India there is no. of yojanaye in which govt. spent lots of money. and people also not aware of many yojana and if they know about that they didnt know the procedure. so the pmo app. should have to mention and update all yojana which is meant for people benefits. and also mention the procedure to take benefits of that yojana and where they have to contact and what document they have to submit.
and there should be esla and if the work is not complete in time then they can register compliant
