according to me most of people are not awared with government plan so that they are not able to to take benefit of government plans. so an app must be launched which keep aware public with most are government pan. every information should be available in easiest way. If a person is not tech savvy his number should be resistered through gram panchayat and all details of information should be sent in their local language so that they can understand about gov. plans using mobile through sms.
